Prices aren't locked in: they can change with a month's notice. Your notes, decks, marks and progress are stored on your account and backed up, up to your plan's room for them. Courses are bought on their own and aren't part of a membership.
What's a credit?
Credits are spent only when a tool does work for you: building cards, drafting questions, answering out loud. Your own notes, PDFs and decks use no credits on any plan; they use your plan's room for your work. On Free the four tools are one go each and Chris is five replies a day, counted on their own. A reply from Chris is about 35 credits; a lecture turned into flashcards is about 75.
Pay by card or NZ Direct Debit. With Direct Debit you authorise Ako, through Stripe New Zealand Limited, to take $29 for Pro or $59 for Max from your bank account every month, automatically, until you cancel. Stripe shows the authority terms before you confirm.
